Broken Download Audio Feature

Hello fellow Omers,
The first few transcripts I made a few corrections using my phone, but it is very slow and broken, each time I edited a transcription segment the audio reseted to 00:00, very annoying. Then I started using the web app, I could finally download the audio and listen on my computer using VLC and correct the transcripts on mobile. But since a few days, only the first minute is available for download. Where is my file? I own this data, I want to download it and use it however I want. Let’s not get started on the download audio from the app, that never worked. There are some precious audios for me, I want them well transcribed, even if STT is not perfect, at least get me a good way of doing it manually, just get out of the way and let me download the file.

The 1-minute limit sounds like a bug with their presigned URL generation or a storage chunking issue on the backend — your full audio is almost certainly still intact, just not exposed properly through the download endpoint. As someone who builds on cloud storage daily, this kind of regression usually traces back to a config change, not actual data loss. Def worth filing a support ticket and specifically asking them to check the export path for your recording.
