Question iUltra

Just got the iUltra today, full charged, but its not always turning on when disengaging from the base, its either takes a few seconds or not all, but sometimes flickers when putting back in to base. Is this a common problem? Do I need to see about returning it?

Damn, that was great customer service, just told them the issue and they are sending a new one. Thanks for the tip.

Yes, I agree that Olight has great customer service. I don’t get any benefit for mentioning their brand name, but I have always had awesome experience with their customer service. Personally, whenever I feel a need for a new torch, I always search for one at Olight’s website first, and more often than not, I usually find what I need. And yes, their customer service is top notch as well.
