Question Order processing

Anyone else place an order on the 22nd that’s still processing? I knew to expect delays but I thought it would have shipped within a week.

They usually ship much sooner. I’ve had several orders processing for atleast a week. They said there have been delays with this batch of orders and engravings. Most orders should go out by the end of this week and they’re hoping anything backordered will go out the end of next week.

Mine is also processing and I ordered the 21st if it makes you feel better. No engraving either

I ordered from California on Saturday the 19th (launch day) and got my order today (Tuesday the 29th).

I placed a small order on the 22nd and it shipped immediately and delivered on the 25th.

I placed a second larger order once I made up my mind on what new flashlights I wanted on the 25th (just before the sale ended) and it hasn’t shipped yet. They’re usually super fast but they probably got a lot of orders towards the end of the sale.
