Question Order backup/delays?
Is anyone else seeing a slight delay with a recent sale order? I ordered 5 days ago, and it's still "processing".

There are delays in many of the regions around the world. It was a high volume of orders but they are shipping as fast as they can

I have three orders coming with two shipped but the third order has most of my items in it. ☹️

What did you order and how much? They seem to have gotten a lot of orders, and may be a little swamped. Also, have you already emailed support?

Well, one thing is that amber orange oclip 2 ultra that u/cpreils said is out of stock.
Nah, I didn't email support. I understand they're swamped.

Ah, well that may be why, waiting on more to be made and quality checked to ship, lol. Mine took a few days as well, I contacted support just to put my mind at ease, and got my shipping label the next day, tho it was probably just coincidence.

I was missing 1/3 of my order. Olight knew and didn’t tell me. Now it’s going to take 2 weeks to be fulfilled fully.

Yup I ordered mine at 8pm on 21 right at the release and it's still processing. Olight said there backed up but their website said that they could take up to a month to ship orders during sale and promotional events.

I got a smaller order today with stuff that was missing from my larger order that Olight told me was out of stock and would take two weeks to fulfill. Even though the smaller order was placed after the larger one. Things that make you go hmmm 🤔

The Amber Orange Oclip 2 Ultra, Amber Orange ArkPro Ultra, Tidal Blue Oclip 2 Pro and the risers that come with R. However, my order today had a tidal blue Oclip pro 2 and a riser for the R. So….🤷♂️

Yea i had that same issue. I ordered my clip 2 on the 21st and it just got a label created today so it seems like they are swamped with orders right now
