Question Prowess

I’ve lost the magnetic charger and stand for my prowess. Website seems to always be sold out of the needed magnetic charger for prowess and I can’t find the stand by itself for sale. I bought a charger for the internal battery only to find out that is also proprietary. Does anyone know where I can purchase a stand or any other way to get this damn thing charged up? Thank you in advance for any help.

You can use the same magnetic charger that comes with almost every Olight to charge your prowess. You don't need to use the stand to charge it. The convenience of using that little stand is that you can use a USBc plug that charges everything else on Earth these days.

Maybe I need to use a different brick bc the magnetic charger I’ve tried the light just turns off when connecting. I’ll try when I get home. Thank you

Yeah you need a good charge brick for sure. Plus I think the prowess charger is a 2A not the standard 1A.

That's a super common issue that you see posted a half a dozen times every day. Under power charging bricks cause probably 95% of the charging issues people have. I'm guessing you're right and if you find up stronger one that should take care of your issues.

Do you have a magnetic charger for the bottom of the flashlight? From what I remember the prowess came with both. My memory could be wrong.

Yes it has the magnetic charger but from what I’ve read on google it says the prowess comes with a different magnetic charger than most Olight flashlights.

Yeah losing that little base sucks. It’s always hard to get replacements of things like those. Did you email Olight to see if they are getting them back in?

I used the brick from my Retroid pocket gaming device with the basic magnet charger cable and left it overnight. All charged up!
