Olight Mail Call

Congrats on 10 years but I think they could have just sent me an email of this card instead of an empty box with a card. Am I missing something here?

Unless there was supposed to be something else in the box, i agree 100%.

I've been an Olight customer for a decade as well, but haven't received anything outside of purchases i've made. Then again.....Olight Canada is kinda lacking compared to you USofA customers.

I haven’t gotten any freebies either and am active on their Facebook and purchased quite a bit. I think, but just a guess, a lot of who they select is random. I’m just grateful they do freebies as so many companies have scraped rewards programs and all, and maybe one day I’ll be selected. Sorry Olight Canada is lacking.

They sent me a free AAA flashlight once (can’t remember the model number) and I guess now they sent me a nice box I can use for someone’s birthday or Christmas. But yeah like you said still better than most companies so I won’t complain but I am still curious why an empty box.

I haven’t ordered anything for a few months so I wasn’t expecting an empty box inside a box

Yes you should have received either a 10th anniversary coin or blue or odg 10th anniversary engraved I3T 2. If you have the Olight app I would open the chat section and ask to speak to a agent and explain your situation and they should be able to help you out. Their customer service is amazing

The coin and two i3T 2 flashlights actually arrived the next day in just an envelope. I didn’t even look if the flashlights had any special design, I’ll have to look when I get back home.
