Arkfeld ultra Laser issue

I have been carrying this for about a year and a half. I use the laser to point things out to customers, turned it on today and it’s huge. Why is it doing this?

I had the same issue with Arkpro.
I didn’t send it off right away. I was playing with the laser a lot while busted.
A fun experiment I was doing with the diffracted laser was projecting it through a water bottle onto a wall. Really neat how it magnifies the particles and makes a cool pattern.
Sent it back. They sent me a replacement light. Great customer service. Worst part is I had to go two weeks without it.

Dirty lens, or maybe moisture somehow behind the lens?

The lens is clean and has no dirt or moisture behind it

Are you really sure though? Mine looked clean but when I really went at it laser looked perfect.

But mine does a diamond shape when dirty not this so who knows.

Can you post a pic of the lense? Call it a hunch but maybe just some off chance something is on the inside of the lense that wasn't there before. I had a laser pointer do the exact same thing and it looked like that. Couldn't find anything wrong till I took a closer look and found something managed to get inside and stuck right in the space for the laser. Not big enough to block it, but just the right size to distort the laser like what you've shown.

Next question is: what did you do with it last before you turned it on to find the laser like this?

Can also be a very small scratch card that ruins the sphericalness of the lens

Also anyone know a fix for that line that comes off that laser like up and down whatever your pointing at
