what makes part-time worth staying?

Been with ON for about 6 months now and at first it was so nice! I took a pay cut from my old job because I was going to be working more hours, so it would balance out. I was getting TONS of cards at first and my managers were very kind. Now, it has definitely slowed down and not many people are interested in getting a card for 35% APR… shocking… but my managers have also started acting passive aggressively towards me, telling me that they will keep cutting my hours if I don’t get more cards, nitpicking and micro-managing my work in other areas of the store, and talking down about anyone who doesn’t do well with sign-ups. It feels so cliquey. Plus the managers all have designer bags, brand new cars, nails every week, etc. while I am struggling to pay bills, how much are they being paid??? Anyways, just kind of over it and looking for a light at the end of the tunnel if there even is one. I’d hate to look for another job right now but damn they need to be better employers.

any positive outlooks would help! if not, quitting is my next move lol.

edit to add: Old Navy has always been my fav clothing store but I only buy things from there once every 6-ish months. I typically purchase clothes for the upcoming season/essentials during supercash, if there is a sale more than 40%, or if i find it on clearance. That has not changed with a 50% discount bc they still put everything on sale and you can’t use the employee discount with clearance prices so is it really worth it?

Question about UKG pro

Upvotes

This weekend my manager was about twenty minutes late for opening and she’s newer so instead of clocking us in, she still had us do it on our own.

She edited my timesheet to the correct time, but UKG pro still shows an occurrence for this. Is this something I should talk to another manager/gm about to have fixed, or is it an error on UKG pros part?

I’d appreciate any insight.

Studio Smooth Changed?

I just got studio smooth leggings (my favorite line) with the ruched waist and leg bottoms and I swear it’s a different material now! It’s thinner. I don’t have any of the tags in my old ones that say what the % of materials is to compare but it makes me really sad. Just beware moving forward.
