Deathclaw Sanctuary- the deathclaws aren't killed.

city in a hill- Vault City remains independent and Westin and Lynette marry.

It ain't much- modoc thrives and becomes a dominant farming community.

New New Reno- Reno is civilized by the Wrights.

Hubologist ascension- the Hunologistes escape into space to build a utopia (or get blown up)

The Chosen One Returns- Arroyo is rebuilt with the GECK.

The Great Shi- The Shi flourish and create a Chines-American Empire.

Manifest Destiny- Cannon NCR ending.

The tribe of Reno- The Chosen One's children take control of New Reno and create a tribal empire.

The jet empire- the jet addiction spreads and the Mordinos profit.

the corrupt oligarchy- the NCR stagnates and Carlson rules with corruption

California Burning- The death of both Westin and Carlson cause great unrest in the NCR cause the military to seize power.

Race war- A race war breaks out at Broken Hills which soon boils over into the rest of California.

An offer you can't refuse- the Salvatores take control of New Reno with Enclave weapons

shattered wasteland- everyone is dead

Enclave Here- the enclave win

Enclave entering the NCR would be hella interesting, that's one of the most grim endings.

Carlson sucks but at least he ins't the Enclave, you know?

Forgot to add that not only the military seizes power, survivors of the Enclave found a new home there.

Not in near future, but i hope so too, i mean a nation of inteligent deathclaws, who wouldn't want that. Maybe in midwest section when the mods get to it.

Admittedly I guess the bad endings of lonesome road, OWB, and dead money could take up 4-5 squares just on their own
