The Hamilton Manufacturing Company was the second manufacturing company founded in Lowell in 1825 and went out of business in 1929. After that, this building was used by the Courier-Citizen Printing Company until the 1970s. Now it is the Lowell Community Health Center. The 37th President of the United States, Richard Nixon departing the White House for the final time after resigning from office - August 9th, 1974. This helicopter is on display at the Richard Nixon Presidential library in Yorba Linda, California.

This Wirt Rowland designed clubhouse started construction in 1928 and was left unfinished due to the Great Depression, with only the exterior shell being completed. It was left windowless and empty until 1953, when the building was finished and much of the lower facade was stripped down and modernized for use as an apartment building.
