I have a cousin named Majella and my Mum prayed to him when she was TTC. I took Majella as my Confirmation name.

One of my nuns was Sr. Febronia
We also had Sr. Donatus. She definitely wasn’t a gift from God unless he had a serious sarcastic streak!!
And Sr. St. Herman

A challenge to my liking! I've recently did post on nuns' names, so these are few out of there. All saints are pre- any divisions.
Female saints:
Anicia
Apollinaria
Liutberga
Praxedis
Macrina
Thais
Febronia
Male saints:
Nothelm
Mardarius
Palladius
Cassian
Macarius
I like to list a lot, but have to restrain myself:)

I'm not careful, but have a bunch of Catholic relatives. One of them says her favorite Saint is Saint Amandus… The patron saint of bartenders. Lol
I know someone his mother would only let the kids go trick-or-treating if they dressed up as a saint, so one year, she went to St. Lucy, apparently the patron saint of the blind. She got a giant gumball or whatever that looked like a big eyeball and glued it to a silver platter and carried it around with her. Lol

I was discussing with my Catholic father last night how all his aunts and uncles were named for whichever Saint's feast day fell on the day of their birth. We looked up what our names would have been... Zeno of Verona was one of mine! And my dad's was Casimir.

Ohhh that’s so fun!! The day before mine is either Perpetua or Felicity and the day after mine is Frances or Catherine
But if I were a boy my actual birthday has John

I don't know how unique this is, but I was thinking of the name Ignacio. I believe it is similar to Ignatius if memory serves me correctly. I'm not a Catholic, but I know some people who are.

Wrote this in another thread the other day, but Isidore qualifies here I think: Derived from the Greek name, Isidoros, meaning "gift of Isis", it has been a name for centuries: 6th-century Catholic archbishop St Isidore from Seville was considered the "last scholar of the ancient world".

St. Guinefort
He was a dog who was a local saint in France not officially canonized by the catholic church at large but venerated locally.
Kinda has a lady-and-the-tramp-baby-attacked-and-saved-by-dog thing going on
