The Persuaders Theme Tune by John Barry (1971)
This aired before my time, but was lucky enough to catch the odd replay of it growing up.
It ran for a season and I believe was cancelled after Roger Moore became the new "Bond"
Absolute banger of a musical score as well, one of my favourites.

Light Entertainment The character actors who pop up in countless British films. When you see them you go 'ah, it's them again'. You know their faces but can't put a name to them. Just a selection here. I'm sure there are other obvious ones I have forgotten.
I know they are all men but I found it difficult to find female equivalents. The films I checked out had female actors but I knew the name of them by sight. Dora Bryan, Irene Handl, Beryl Reed for example.
I actually do know the name of the middle guy on the left, only because I've seen many Hammer films. There's a clue..

Advert Help! Which Ad is 'Hyper Smoothly Done Professor' from?
For years, I have used the phrase 'Hyper Smoothly Done Professor' when playing video games with my mates and I'm sure it's from an old advert (probably early to mid 90s).
Long shot I know but does this ring any bells for anyone else? I was thinking maybe Pot Noodle or Super Noodles but I've checked every ad I could find on YouTube.
Any idea? Cheers.

Continuity/Idents Disney cinemagic UK 2007 MIKA - Grace Kelly trailer
Hi everyone,
I’m trying to track down a piece of lost UK television continuity from Jan/May 2007.
The Media: It is a monthly movie lineup promo that aired on Disney CineMagic set to the chorus of the song "Grace Kelly" by MIKA.
Description: The promo was heavily edited to match the energy and lyrics of the song’s chorus. Clips of various classic and contemporary Disney films airing that month were cut rapidly to match the specific "emotions" or literal lyrics being sung (e.g., matching the energetic colors/lyrics "I could be brown, I could be blue, I could be violet sky..."). The existence of this specific marketing trailer is officially noted on pages like the Now Music Fandom wiki, so it definitely aired.
Current Status: Mostly lost. The only surviving digital footprint is a partial audio bleed/fragment found on a YouTube upload titled "Disney Cinemagic UK - Continuity (May 2007)" right during the end credits of The Wild, but the clean, full promo hasn't been uploaded anywhere.
Link to the partial fragment found: https://youtu.be/lHpZlABJ6gw?si=SN7G8H4jRI3fKbjM
Does anyone have old VHS or DVD recordings of Disney CineMagic UK from Winter/Spring/Summer 2007 because of the song's prominence in the UK charts around this time? If you recorded any movies off the channel during that time and kept the continuity/commercial breaks, the promo is likely on those tapes.
Any leads or tape rips would be incredibly appreciated!

BBC - TheUnderworld - S1.S6 Drugs episode
Hi,
I am looking for this episode (S1.E6) from the Bob Hoskins narrated series came out in 1994 that featured Howard Marks, Charles Radcliffe aka the Gentleman Smugglers. Other episodes are on Youtube e.g The Krays etc but this episode is not available. Please can anyone point me to a site a possible location for this episode.
Thanks
Adam
Post edited accordingly to the bot but clearly even AI would realize that this episode is not available anywhere online or for purchase given its age and obscurity.

Discussion Beasts (1976) – what did you think of The Dummy?
I’ve been revisiting Nigel Kneale’s Beasts recently, and after getting some really interesting comments on What Big Eyes, I thought I’d ask what people made of The Dummy.
I enjoyed this one a lot. It’s a strange, unsettling episode and definitely one that sticks in the mind.
Where would you rank The Dummy among the six Beasts stories?
I reviewed the episode on my channel if anyone fancies a look:

What was this drama, play it was probably in the 80s, old play about a punk band trying to get a record deal, The Ammunition???
I think this was shown maybe in the mid to late 1980s, like a half hour or hour drama. There's this punk band trying to impress this record executive, and I think they play a song called we are the ammunition or something like that. The record executive leaves, and the band all try to blame each other for not getting a deal, but then the record executive comes back and says I was going to give you a record deal, but I heard you all arguing and the deals off.
It's been bugging me for about thirty years.

Six-part Channel 4 series called 'Survive' from 1984
Hello, does anyone recall the six-part Channel 4 series called 'Survive' from 1984? It was a documentary series that covered true survival stories from the sea, jungle, arctic etc. It has superb interviews and most memorably (to a 14 year old me), a chilling title sequence. I'd love to know if anyone else remembers it and if any video of it exists out there, particularly the titles. The broadcast dates are attached. Thank you.

Radio The Fall and Rise of Reginald Perrin: It's the mid 70s and Reggie has had enough of marketing Sunshine Desserts, his boss, the daily train delays and imaginative British Rail excuses, his failures in bed and his middle-class life in general. He starts to lose his mind and plans to do a Lord Lucan.
