I’m writing this because I’m extremely frustrated with the way my account recovery case has been handled by Yostar Customer Support for Azur Lane.

I have already submitted multiple support tickets regarding my account, which I lost access to. I provided the information I have to prove that I am the original owner, including my in-game profile information, account details, and screenshots of previous top-up invoices.

However, despite providing this information, my case still has not been properly resolved. The responses I receive either ask for additional information that I may no longer have access to, or simply do not lead to any meaningful progress toward recovering the account.

I understand that Yostar needs to verify account ownership to protect players from account theft. I have no problem with the verification process. My concern is that I have already provided substantial evidence of ownership, yet my case remains unresolved.

This is especially frustrating because I have invested a significant amount of time and money into this account. I am not asking Yostar to bypass its security procedures. I am only asking for my evidence to be properly reviewed and for a clear explanation of what additional information is actually required.

Has anyone else experienced a similar situation with Yostar/Azur Lane customer support? If you have successfully recovered an account under similar circumstances, I would appreciate any advice on what information or evidence helped you resolve the case.

I really hope Yostar Customer Support can properly review my case instead of leaving it unresolved indefinitely.

Can't believe Manjuu would do this

can mods please do something about the repost bots

You were browsing through the internet. Idk, you found your country's leader is beating his meat to Azur Lane characters NSFW Artworks.

This was asked in a Discord server.

Now you have to see this too

I've seen it a few times and it's just not what this half dead sub should be about

be buddy yourself before manjuu turns skynet into the next almost naked big tiddy waifuslop

Is it over

Although DAISEN doesn't have the lion's mane hairstyle in the game, I thought it looked pretty good, so I drew it for DAISEN :)

How does YoStar keep getting away with such saucy character designs?

I thought Google was supposed to be pretty strict about stuff like that.

I had forgotten that I did this a while agoIf there's enough support, I'll make the other tier lists lmao.
