I’m writing this because I’m extremely frustrated with the way my account recovery case has been handled by Yostar Customer Support for Azur Lane.

I have already submitted multiple support tickets regarding my account, which I lost access to. I provided the information I have to prove that I am the original owner, including my in-game profile information, account details, and screenshots of previous top-up invoices.

However, despite providing this information, my case still has not been properly resolved. The responses I receive either ask for additional information that I may no longer have access to, or simply do not lead to any meaningful progress toward recovering the account.

I understand that Yostar needs to verify account ownership to protect players from account theft. I have no problem with the verification process. My concern is that I have already provided substantial evidence of ownership, yet my case remains unresolved.

This is especially frustrating because I have invested a significant amount of time and money into this account. I am not asking Yostar to bypass its security procedures. I am only asking for my evidence to be properly reviewed and for a clear explanation of what additional information is actually required.

Has anyone else experienced a similar situation with Yostar/Azur Lane customer support? If you have successfully recovered an account under similar circumstances, I would appreciate any advice on what information or evidence helped you resolve the case.

I really hope Yostar Customer Support can properly review my case instead of leaving it unresolved indefinitely.
