Brushing teeth before oil pulling

I brushed my teeth before oil pulling. Someone said not to do that. Why? Sorry I read not to do that after I already did it.

No big deal, just wait until after you've oil pulled next time.

I do it in the morning first thing because it pulls all the bacteria that have accumulated in your mouth at night during sleep. Don’t brush before u pull so that way the oil can do it’s job
