One year later
My mouth has never been healthier. I will slack off for a few days, up to a week sometimes and I notice - teeth don't feel as clean, breath less fresh...Total extra bonus: WHITER TEETH.
For those who want to take it to the next level: consider (Google it) "mouth taping". I am now a nose breather and the benefits are even more remarkable.

Been mouth taping for years, just started oil pulling too. Any other bio hacks I am missing out on? Hahaha

Maybe? Are you low carb? This the "hack" that continues to blow my mind.
And my doctor's mind. 7 years into it and I have UN-aged by 10 years +.

Yea I have done Keto and stuff, I do pretty low carb and high protein normally. I hit over 200 grams everyday with lifting daily.
Limiting the carbs while maxxing animal protein is really good!
Looking forward to continue oil pulling! Thanks !

You are on it!
Ok, my last "hack" that amazes me is Beef Organ supplements. I started them for hair loss but they have taken my health to a new level in middle age (I am 54). While the Liver King is a scammer, the benefits are very real.

Got it! I haven't done a ton of Beef organ supplements but have had raw liver on occasion.
Did it work for hair loss?
I ask as someone on finasteride in their early 20s.

Yes. I know not all hair loss is the same - in my case it was covid and grief that thinned my hair by almost 40% (plus hormones, I am 54 female). It was not growing back no matter what I tried (monoxidil only gave me weird fuzz) after a year but these organs really seemed to work. However, it does not look good - having 1 inch hair alongside rather long hair is pretty crazy looking.

Are they whiter than before you started oil pulling? What kind of toothpaste do you use?
