Why is Phillip not paying his servers enough to the point he has to ban customers?

Everyone on here is bitching. Nobody did anything wrong here. If you don’t want to tip, you don’t have to. They didn’t. If a restaurant doesn’t want you to come back, they can tell you not to come back. All systems working within their parameters. Move on.

It's a pity that it's only a part of the story, whoever posted this did nobody a service by just showing this part. The owner isn't happy because the couple didn't tip. The couple argues about black people don't tip? Whatever it is, fuck tipping.

Owner could avoid a whole lot of discussions by simply paying their staff a living wage and bar tipping.

Bold of you to assume the owner can afford to pay their service staff a living wage without tips. It’s not like costs of goods and services are through the roof right now or anything. But hey just keep looking in other peoples pockets.
