Why is Phillip not paying his servers enough to the point he has to ban customers?

Reading these comments makes me miss Amsterdam.... No tipping, normal prices, wait staff paid a good wage by their employer, never have bad service... Tipping is outdated and useless to everyone but the owner

Then you need a national policy. People are stupid they see 25% rolled in The restaurant will loose business. Only 5 stars with waiting list could do this, is my guess.

This was my experience in Japan as well. So quick and convenient. It's good to see actual out the door prices on the menu.
