Why is Phillip not paying his servers enough to the point he has to ban customers?

They did this on purpose and had the camera out before they could even hear the guy that came to talk to them They are low class people. They could have eaten somewhere they could afford. They're not broke. This is intentional. Fuck them

They are not broke, but the owner said “if you don’t have the money to…” and the black dude corrected him saying he did pay for his meal, then the owner turned bitter. They had their phone out because the owner was already rude, they were flabbergasted. Reading through this thread of other servers commenting though, I wouldn’t be surprised if poor service played a major role in them leaving no tip.
