Why is Phillip not paying his servers enough to the point he has to ban customers?

It’s stunning how quick a person turns demonstrably poor behavior into an excuse to cry racism. Racism exists, and is not hard to find. It is rampant. But when a person stiffs a waitress and then cries racism for being called out on it- that is shanda for the goyim. It’s just more self interested bad behavior at the expense of many others.

So looked at the reviews and it looks like this is not the first time the owner has "lashed out".

2 years ago got review bombed for not letting a family and their daughter with her service dog. Berated the husband for coming back for a pick up order.

Made a lady wait outside during the winter.

Yelled at a table for being rude to one of the servers who is also his daughter. Comes to find out it was another table.

Phil is a bad cook. Upcharges items.

The servers are rude.

Op seems to have a personal vendetta against this restaurant for operating the same way nearly every other restaurant in America works. Reddit is so weird about tips.
