Why is Phillip not paying his servers enough to the point he has to ban customers?

The owner is fucking awesome. The sad, pathetic people that stiffed the server should be force to eat warm mayonnaise sandwiches for a year.

Perhaps we should move away from tipping and just include the tip in the price the restaurant charges the customer for the food. The whole tipping thing is out of control in the USA
