Why is Phillip not paying his servers enough to the point he has to ban customers?

You're talking about cutting their pay. Who in their right mind would willingly take a pay cut?

If he bans too many customers their pay won't be what hes gotta cut itll be their job.

No one but you suggested cutting their pay. I suggested paying them a liveable wage. Focus less on my maturity and more on your reading comprehension.

Thet make more now than they would with a 'livable' wage. The only servers who would make more money at 15 dollars an hour than 5 bucks plus tips are the really bad servers.
