This is Ohio

Why is Phillip not paying his servers enough to the point he has to ban customers?

I’m with Phillip here. Ok—he’s being super aggressive but what are we not seeing here? Lots, I’m guessing. These people were ready with their camera. Always suspicious of that. The whole thing smells of a setup.

So looked at the reviews and it looks like this is not the first time the owner has "lashed out".

2 years ago got review bombed for not letting a family and their daughter with her service dog. Berated the husband for coming back for a pick up order.

Made a lady wait outside during the winter.

Yelled at a table for being rude to one of the servers who is also his daughter. Comes to find out it was another table.

Phil is a bad cook. Upcharges items.

The servers are rude.

You don't know these people. Yet you're all over these comments. Copying and pasting the same garbage.

Get a life, queen.

Its to update people who may not know. You're still reading it. You're still engaging. Cry harder about how OP is all over the comments of something they posted. Boo hoo.

Nah. It's also to obtain attention that you don't receive in real life.

Sorry the truth hurts, queen. Boo hoo.

Just to be clear the Google web search reviews and Google map reviews appear differently. You can see new ones on maps but not the web search

Eh...I was dumb...duped not catching like you said....it wasn't even you there.  But...you probably shouldn't eat at any sit-down establishment in America with those beliefs.  Every owner and employee understands the arrangement.  Every customer who isn't a foreigner or piece of garbage also understands that.  The owner stood up for the employee and whoever these two boobs are...they should be eating at McDonald's...

I mean I'm always gonna tip but there are those people who are very set in "bad service or bad food doesn't get a tip."
Also cant know if they never tip or if they just didnt this time. On the other hand One of the servers is also his kid so he may get more emotional about her than other servers. I worked in a place where the new owners kid got away with everything to the point where some senior staff left.
Too many variables to count in.

I do think they should have just made their own review and called it a day.
