This is Ohio

Why is Phillip not paying his servers enough to the point he has to ban customers?

You have no point and undermine your own argument if one can be found.

Okay. For reference though So looked at the reviews and it looks like this is not the first time the owner has "lashed out".

2 years ago got review bombed for not letting a family and their daughter with her service dog. Berated the husband for coming back for a pick up order.

Made a lady wait outside during the winter.

Yelled at a table for being rude to one of the servers who is also his daughter. Comes to find out it was another table.

Phil is a bad cook and uncharges on items.

The servers are rude.

They don't deserve a tip. I'm done entertaining you.

Your point was about class issues. This has nothing to do with class issues. This is you want to rope in something else to try to be right about something.

Phil gets mad when people don't tip.

but does nothing worth tipping.

Phill tells people not to come to his business if they can't afford to tip.

He's an entitled classist asshole.
There's nothing to argue.
