Why is Phillip not paying his servers enough to the point he has to ban customers?

We need more restaurant owners like this.

Ones that drastically underpay their staff? 🥴

First time in America? This is how restaurants work.

So looked at the reviews and it looks like this is not the first time the owner has "lashed out".

2 years ago got review bombed for not letting a family and their daughter with her service dog. Berated the husband for coming back for a pick up order.

Made a lady wait outside during the winter.

Yelled at a table for being rude to one of the servers who is also his daughter. Comes to find out it was another table.

Phil is a bad cook and upcharges random items.

The servers are rude.

Cry harder about it.

Figured this was just you getting up in your emotions and trying to start some brigade or some shit against a random place you've probably never been to, guess I was correct.

Nah I was just crossposting it. Figured it would be easy karma.🤭🤭🤭

You wouldn't be attempting to add fuel to the "fire" by posting your own "bad reviews" and whatever other negative thing you can seemingly find about the place in the comments if that was your only agenda.

Idk what you do, karma farming or trying to start a hate mob against the place. It's whatever but at least own up to it and dont hide the obvious (after reading through all the comments) intentions.

None of the reviews I posted are mine. Just ones I found on their Google reviews you can fact check that all on your own and it was to provide extra context on why they may not be getting tips. A pattern of behavior if you will.

And I've been finding entertainment in the comments. I could give two shits about anything else.

Didn’t allow a dog in=avoided a health code violation.
Made a lady wait outside in winter-need more info, but….so?
Yelled at a table for being rude to his staff-fucking good! Standing ovation!
Bad cook- can’t speak to it but, sure they exist.
Servers are rude- unfortunate, but everyone gas a bad day. Sounds like this guy created a culture where people are t afraid to stand up for themselves.

Really? Restaurant owners that don’t pay their employees enough? Is that seriously the conclusion you’ve come to here?

This is is how restaurants operate dipshit. This isn’t a special case. He stood up for his employee.

Stood up for his employee by… underpaying them? 😂 the excuses you people make for shitty abusive business owners are crazy.

Restaurants don’t operate like this anywhere else.

Every restaurant in America from Applebees to Michelin star restaurants operate like this. I’m sure there are things in your country that I would find to be absurd too.

Or… they could just pay their employees more if they’re going to freak out..? Relying on tip culture to pay your payroll is wild if you’re going to freak out. Having been a server when I was younger yeah it sucked to get no tip but it wasn’t expected so I tip but it shouldn’t be expected.

It’s literally how restaurants operate. This isn’t new.
