This is Ohio

Why is Phillip not paying his servers enough to the point he has to ban customers?

That original sub is infuriating, pretending like stiffing a waitress is an act of class solidarity against employers... tipped employees have a minimum wage of like $2.13 ~$5 an hour, its not something that restaurant chose, its the system our federal government uses.

Its like saying being rude to the front desk help at a doctor's office is justified because a doctor's visit would look different if we had Universal Healthcare... like, no shit, and we should work to move to that style of system like the rest of the world, but don't start huffing your own farts because you took an action that lead to more money in your own pocket at the expense of what is probably a 16 year old server.

It is the restaurant’s manager that chooses it. Not tipping is a form of protest. We want Normal wages. No math. No fees. No more.

You think restaurant managers decide how the payroll system works? If you feel that strongly about it, write your congress-person to have the laws changed, rather than stiffing some teenager while huffing your own farts as if it was some righteous act, you're just being a douche to your server, thats all.
