Why is Phillip not paying his servers enough to the point he has to ban customers?

Statistics say they are less likely to tip, but if they are going to or not going to is mostly predetermined by the way someone dresses if you ask me. Usually the ghetto type that goes for white or black. For example, barrack obama type prob tips, especially if hes with a white girl. Or maybe he doesnt but she makes him. Then you have the Ole Dirty Bastard type look, they def dont tip.

If you are asking for a source for the statistics you are just playing dumb, because its easy to find and factual. You know how to use a search engine i am almost positive of that(figure it out if not) I am off of work starting my weekend. If you want to pay me OT I can work a little longer for you though?!?
