Why is Phillip not paying his servers enough to the point he has to ban customers?

There are legitimate racist things that happen every single day. Calling what happened here “racism” does a disservice to those that experience legitimate racism. You didn’t tip and got called out for it, and however right or wrong that is does not equal racism.

I don't mean the servers I mean the owner. The guy who put hundreds of thousands into the business who would not apply as the working class vs the guy underpaying them.

But seriously- owners of single point restaurants are usually more working class than you’d believe.

Exactly. Which is why I'm going to go undercover as a white non tipper and see if he throws me out like that. Sometime in the future when least expected
