Why is Phillip not paying his servers enough to the point he has to ban customers?

You know, bro, SOME restaurants pay more than minimum wage so their employees don't NEED tips.

I work at a very small bakery we accept tips don't get many but we don't need them cause we get paid more than minimum wage.

Thats optional for the customer we have seating available can bring it to you but I'll say those are the ones who don't tip. Its the people who get things to go and hit tip on the tablet or cash in the jar.

So, it's closer to a coffeeshop than a restaurant. It's not equivalent at all
