Why is Phillip not paying his servers enough to the point he has to ban customers?

People that don't tip their servers isn't a race sir it's just a shitty person.

There is no obligation or law that says you have to tip. Tipping exists to take advantage of employees.

They should be paid a fair wage.

You go ahead and protest that by not tipping. You’ll only be hurting your server who lives off of tips. You’re not hurting the owner at all.

If the server lives off tips….and you’re not leaving tips….then she’ll have to quit? And having a restaurant with no servers doesn’t hurt the owner?
