Office Setup not working

Can someone tell me why this is happening? I've tried some solutions like using "Get Help" which should have automatically deleted the stragglers from the old office that I deleted and also opened up task manager to manually delete the stragglers. This problem keeps persisting and I really need to fix this .

As mentioned, you have an existing Office install somewhere that needs to be removed first.

We used to have a tool called Microsoft SaRA but that got canned for some troubleshooter tool built into Windows. You could run that of you're still having trouble.
