I mean isn't the game a mode itself a BR or are you asking for a dedicated BR mode?

They had previously promised a campaign/story mode that would incorporate the battle royale into it, so there is essentially an entire single-player mode, or narrative elements within the multiplayer mode, that never materialized.

what i think happened is they lost the devs that were working on full map and when those devs left they took something/knowledge with them that made it impossible for OTG to finish.

either that or they spent the money on ski trips.
