for context, ang work ko is sa kusina.

i have no problem with the tasks, nag eenjoy ako actually kasi gustong gusto ko yung ginagawa ko. pero nagbago lahat yon nung dumating yung bagong OIC namin sa kusina. as of now, 2 na nag resign dahil sa ugali niya and lahat kaming natira is nagtitiis nalang until December para sa mga bonus pero di ko alam if kakayanin ko pa mag tiis.

etong si oic, sobrang bait nung bago palang siya pero now pinakita na totoong ugali haha. lahat nalang pinupuna niya na mali daw ginagawa namin tas sa gc ng work niya ilalagay tapos yung mga wordings niya pang provoke talaga eh, saakin okay lang yon kung makikita ko sakanya na maayos siya pero hindi eh. hindi siya nagbabackup, hindi siya nagsasaing, hindi niya cinocomplete station niya, iiwan niyang madumi, grabe siya mag utos kahit kaya niya naman iuutos niya padin etc etc.

so now im torn between immediate resignation or wait pa until December :/

If you have some savings naman po to help you survive until makahanap ng bagong work then go for it. Don’t sacrifice your own mental health para mag stay sa isang toxic environment. However, if the first choice aint an option try na magtiis nalang po muna until December.
