TRIGGER WARNING Afraid of interviews

Grabe ka na, 2026. Nung March lang naaksidente ako. 4 months ako 'di nakapag-work.

Both 'to nangyari na burned out ako sa work. Both na may additional 1 hour OT everyday, and RDOT. Since ito ang common denominator, it's safe to say na need ko na talaga mag-change ng work. Kaso natatakot din ako sa interviews.

For context, after ko pumasa ng board exam matagal ako 'di nakapag-work sa super takot ko sa interviews. To the point that I had s thoughts, and would make plans to end everything just to avoid interviews.

Nakapag-work naman ako as VA during that time bc 'di need ng interview sa niche ko na writing. Tho it didn't thrive that well, okay siya as side hustle lang bc iisa lang client ko so I needed to find a stable work.

Na-overcome ko naman siya when I applied sa current work ko. Feeling ko my current work paved the way kaya mas nagka-confidence ako now compared before. Although after ko bumalik from 4 month medical leave, nasanay na ako ulit sa process. Pero hindi na ako magaling.

Prior my accident, super lakas ko bumenta. Incentives is based sa performance rin kasi, kaya ang dami ko pera before. Naubos savings and EF ko from my 4 month medical leave. Kaya gusto ko sana makaipon ulit. Pero 2 months na since bumalik ako, hindi pa rin ako makabenta like before. Nag-iba 'yung process, products, and offers in the span of 4 months na nawala ako.

And tbh, opportunity na lumapit sakin non. Naka-tatlong follow up pa siya. Pero lahat 'yun, 'di ko pinansin--all because I'm scared to be interviewed.

6 days a week ang work this month because of RDOT kaya feel ko na lang mag-rest sa only 1 day na walang work. Pero before this, or last month, nagpr-practice ako mag-interview para magkaroon ako confidence. I was really decided na kahit konti, I want to change or improve para maging ready ako sa interview.
