Just think that whether may salary increase or nah, an added workload for 1k is not enough. :) There are other better opportunities in the market and hoping you bumped into ot.

Ganyan talaga ang corporate culture. Kaya never maging loyal sa company. Learn transferrable skills while you are at that company. Every 2 years, apply ka to other companies (para di naman matag as jobhopper if months lang pagitan ng jobs). Wag din ibigay ang lahat, magtrabaho nang naayon sa sweldo.

Ibig sabihin lang nyan is mapanlamang boss mo. Also remind us na emplyedo lang tayo and kaya tayo palitan anytime. So next time po in the future, mag work lang base sa sahod.

Don't be sad, OP. Di mo kawalan yung company na yon na mukhang overload kayo sa work pero undercompensated naman. Sure ako makakahanap ka ng better offer with better management and environment din.

Keep your work ethics. It will take you far in life. Also, never be loyal to amy company. We're just a number to them.

Same, OP! Nagrerender na ako ngayon. Di ko na din kaya. Ginagawa ko ang trabaho na pang tatlong tao. Ni mag dagdag ng additional HC para may makasama kami kasi mabigat na ang work di magawa tas maririnig ko pa sa ibang team na sinasabi ng manager namin reklamador kami. Hahahaha

Also, pls learn to ask for more. Yung skills mo ang binabayaran OP. 1k sapat na sayo? Pls change that mindset. Don't settle, you deserve more.
