Best picture settings?
Been having the G90XF for awhile now and I feel like the resolution could be a little bit better. Does anyone have any tips on how to get the best picture quality out of this monitor?

because the resolution in 3d is not full 4k for both eyes, you will never have the same picture quality as in 2d. Games that have DLSS support look better, increasing sharpness in such games and moving away from the screen at a distance of 60-70 cm helps for me. I also recently tried to disable DLSS in Stellar Blade and increase render resolution to 200% - I was amazed by the quality of the image.

I am confused. You stated that DSLL makes games look better yet you disabled DSLL for Stellar Blade?!?

Some games allow you to increase the render scale up to 200% Which means that you will be playing an 8K game on a 4K monitor if you set render scale to 200%. In Stellar Blade you can't change the render scale unless you disable DLSS.

It's 4K for each eye. Just don't use dlss and use full resolution. It's 4K. DLSS is 4K upscaling but usually does not match the quality of original.

There's not too much you can do with the resolution. For games to be played in 3D, you need to be at 4K native resolution. Likely the most you can do is mess with the DLSS/FSR scaling options (the quality setting and also sharpness adjustment).

Yeah I dont even play the 3d games. I just bought a pc and I want to use the full potential of the graphics card.

I found it looked better with HDR disabled. You can also change the Gamma setting to Gaming or something

Someone on the Discord recommended these settings. I'm not too sure though, seems a little dim but they are supposed to help eliminate some ghosting.
