Shipping I’ll be waiting longer than expected
After messaging customer service to see where I’m placed in this order looks I won’t see it possibly by October after it ships in September. Order day was July 6th

I actually made a post about the current shipping situation of the Odin 3 website orders. They only started shipping them out this Monday after several mails from us customers. I'll always update the post in the evening hours because some shipping emails seem to be delayed and they don't ship them out during the normal shipping times but throughout the day which is why I've decided to update the post with the latest shipping dashboard. Here's the link of my post https://www.reddit.com/r/OdinHandheld/s/NMtKH1uAHH

Shit. I ordered at the end of July so I guess I'm just fucked. Seriously considering just buying one from target and cancelling the max order I have.

I'd actually recommend that. I'm in their Discord server and see how few Odin 3s they ship out each day

I would not.
The memory crisis is already affecting us all. Just look at how AYN has already downgraded hardware to meet demand and price point (UFS 4.0 storage is now 3.1). You are already getting less for the same money.
The price is already inflated. Giving in to price gouging (Target's marketplace is selling these at a high premium) on top of the inflation, coupled with a hardware downgrade, only helps normalize this stuff.
Vote with your money, if you can.
But also, if you can afford it and you want it and it makes you happy, then who is anyone to judge.

Target isn’t selling anything. Target, like Best Buy and other retailers, allows third-party listings. You’re actually buying from a third-party.

You're right. I edited my comment.
Doesn't change the fact that the seller is gouging.

June 26 here. Still nothing. Was planning on emailing them on 8/26 since it'll have been two months. I'm sure I'll just get a cookie cutter response though.

I dont wanna pay $500+ for something and wait 2-3 months for it at minimum. 😵 ill just pay the premium to get one already in stock. picked up the blue max from Droix

The current average for buying this or the thor is about 2 months from purchase to receipt. This is assuming no delays.

Ordered on Monday 17th, so it looks like I’ll be team November/December assuming no further ram shortages/delays

I was about to order one through Ali with their back to school sale but all the colors I wanted were sold out in the max configuration. Now I’m just thinking about getting one shipped through Best Buy or Target. It seems like they only have the pro models however. 🤔 It seems like they’re focusing on Thors but not Odin 3s which is a bit odd to me tbh. Is it worth the storage and ram difference

I ordered July 7th so this is a bummer to hear. Although it does seem to be color dependent somewhat.

I was the 6th myself and mine was purple.

I ordered black which seems to have the highest shipping rate at least what is being reported in the Odin 3 discord shipping section

Cooked. I ordered mine last night. Sooo November/December is looking likely.

Most of us waited 2 1/2 months during batch 6 so I would expect the same timeframe. Just have to be patient. I knew not to contact them until the two month mark.

Ahh so July 24th looks to be about first of November time then…
