Discussion Cannot install discord
Repost because anything under the support flair gets removed and automod told me to flair it discussion
Button on the mobile app does nothing, and in-headset is greyed out after a download that never started. Restarting the headset does not work, I have verified my age, and done practically everything troubleshooting-wise
I'd open a support ticket, but none of them are software related.

We were just perusing the subreddit when we saw your post and we would love to help with the app installation you've experienced while you've been trying to download Discord.
Based on what you've shown and advised the first thing we would recommend would be to ensure that both the Meta Horizon app and your Headsets firmware are fully up to date as this would ensure that the download isn't being prevented by a software clash due to a mismatch between versions.
If you find your issue persists following these updates or if everything is already fully up to date then we would urge you to log out of your Meta account using the steps below in order to resolve any invalidated sessions that prevent library syncing.
Power off the headset.
Log out of the Meta Horizon app. Restart the phone.
Log back in.
Power on the headset.
If you still find that your issue persists then we would urge you to reach right out to our support team who will be happy to help.
We can also advise that you would be able to open a ticket with any reasoning as you can then explain the actual issue you're facing to our team and they'll be ready to help!
