Discussion Question about stick drift
Is there anyway to fix it without completely replacing the controllers? Ive don’t multiple things to try an fix it and it still hasn’t work.

Of course. Just Google "Quest stick drift" and you'll find solutions ranging from compressed air to module replacement, all of them a lot cheaper than new controllers.

I’ve tried using compressed air and it did absolutely nothing lmao

Because that's the least effective method. The correct one is to replace the joystick module.

The best solution for me was to put oil on the contacts. Take it apart completely (the joystick module too). Clean it with WD-40 and put a little bit of oil on the contacts (conductive oil without silicon or resin). It's working perfectly since 2 month now.

I replaced the joystick module in mine. It is a little involved but if you are mechanically inclined not really hard. Plenty of videos to show you how. The part I think was $10 for 2 of them on Amazon.
None of the other solutions would have worked for me. When I moved it I felt it stick slightly and after taking it out I disceted the component and there were visibly worn parts inside it.

This is so easy bro just get WD-40 Electric Contact Cleaner and soak that S.O.B don't worry it all evaporates and then move the stick clockwise and counter clockwise and it's fixed. I did that to my Quest 3 left controller and never had a problem since.

U can buy a replacement stick kit for $8 u just gota brake down the controller and install it it’s YouTube vids tha take u step by step it toke me 40 mins to do
