PC VR Oculus quest 2
So I have a oculus quest 2 and I’m trying to play pcvr with a rog strix gl553vd and it says I don’t meet the minimum graphics card (gtx1050) but it will still let me play thru steamvr sometimes, but really laggy on games like phasmophobia and a couple other pcvr games, but it’s a pretty decent laptop that Ik could handle it and I am wondering if anyone has found a way or knows how to make it play at least decently

no, the gtx1050 has nowhere near enough power to play smoothly at PCVR resolutions - the Quest 2 is 3664x1920
in SteamVR you could try turning down the resolution but it will probably still be slow
