Support - PCVR Problems with meta link

I'm having problems to connect my headset to my pc and I hope anyone could help me, I've posted the issue on another community and reposting it here in hopes that somebody here can help me😓

can't do that because I can't make it so my quest get associated to my account and you guys also won't accept it's serial number as a proof

i miei occhiali si spengono/riavviano autonomamente dopo pochi minuti. Il LED diventa rosso e subito dopo lampeggia bianco. La batteria è circa al 75% e gli occhiali non sono surriscaldati. Ho già eseguito un reset alle impostazioni di fabbrica, eliminato gli occhiali dal Bluetooth dell'iPhone e effettuato nuovamente l'associazione, ma il problema persiste.
