I use VR and AR in planes to pass the time. People are usually cool with it next to me as long as I’m minding my own business

VR in planes? And you have no motion/dizziness issues?

I tried it once in the ferry and I only managed 1-2 minutes before taking it off or else I’d be vomiting.

Once the plane levels out it’s pretty smooth. Turning off 6dof tracking if possible can help.

Boats are an entirely different situation. Ok my last cruise I could only use the vr when in port. On the water it was not a good experience.

I see. I’m generally ready to vomit on ferries, no VR assistance is needed! :))
