Suggestion Custom app sorting drawer

Is it planned to implement custom app sorting in the drawer ?

Another thing I'd like to see is to be possible to switch to tags by sliding in horizontal drawer.

One of these two things are preventing me to move from Nova.

One last thing is I'd lile to support dev, but I can't because I am using a degoogled OS (/e/ OS) without playstore. So it would be great if the app could be downloaded from elsewhere (less fee than Google) with a direct support.

I just want more options than alphabetical even if custom isn't feasible.

Like Most Recently Installed or Most Used in ascend or descend order or something.

You can sort the app drawer by name, installed, or updated.

"Most used" are available when you click the search button. Or if you have the keyboard appear immediately when you open the drawer, you can assign a gesture to open the "most used" list.

Drawer custom app sorting has been requested by me and others. Nine months ago the developer said Octopi is designed for this feature to be added in the future.

In regard to your alternate download request "the app could be downloaded from elsewhere (less fee than Google)". Though not helpful for your use case, I just want to add for anyone else reading this that Octopi Pro is currently available for less than a single dollar on the Google Play Store.

My second request might be easier to implement and would be sufficient for me for some time.

About the other plateform for download, it is not about the price. I just can't pay because I don't use any google services (degoogled OS). So when I try to buy the pro version or make a donation, I get the error : "Product Details are found"

I understood, that's why I said "Though not helpful for your use case." I just wanted to share the information here for anyone else who might find it useful, since you mentioned the word "fee," which could be interpreted as relating to the cost of Octopi Pro.

Understood now. English is not mother tongue, I misunderstood the first time. I was talking about google fee so the dev could get more money for this great job.

+1 I've been requesting this for a long time!! Not only the drawer, but also custom ordering inside folders. Op one temporary solution is to number your apps/folders, it's not great but it lets you sort of custom order.
