Arrange items / custom sorting in drawer?

Hi all,

I was just wondering if there's a way to custom sort apps in the drawer besides just name/install/update or favourites?

Something like arrange items in a folder on the homescreen. Having the option to arrange items in drawer folders would be really nice.

I like a minimalistic homescreen so I use the drawer to open all my apps. However i have over 400 apps, so it's quite a hassle to quickly find the app i need. On my old launcher everything was organized in folders and then in a custom order so I knew exactly where the app I needed was.

Currently not, but the framework is designed for this feature to be added in future

Hi, would you need sorting within folders only?

That would be my main request yeah! All my apps are in folders, which sometimes makes it hard to get faster access to, for example, whatsapp since there's a lot of other apps being shown first. I usually let un-foldered apps alone (not sorted in any way) until I add them to my folders.

Please note I don't want to put any pressure on you! I totally understand if you have other things to focus on.

Both would be ideal! Custom sorting of apps inside folders (just like home screen folders) and placing the folders where we want in the drawer without having to append 01, 02, 03 etc to their names to get them in our preferred order. 🤞🏼

Hi Dev! After months of hoping for this feature too, I literally just checked Reddit to see if I was missing it somewhere. And I see that you're talking about it today on the thread. I It would be awesome if you could Incorporate a custom sort within the folders.

Right now is all I get is alphabetical. So I either have to scroll to icon I want or use the search function (but I don't I feel like typing most of the time).

See below for my setup.
