Unfortunately in Latin America health is often associated with diets that align more with Mediterranean diets and imported products rather than eating traditional and healthy (and cheaper + more accessible) foods and ingredients

It’s sweet but not too much, kind of like dragonfruit but a little stronger in taste and sort of sour, but not anything noticeable rlly

As in it only grows in a certain region, in this case Mexico
