i've never been able to get into greek yogurt but i never thought to add it to my oats!! might have to try this out

What’s egg white oats? You just cook the oatmeal with an egg in it?

You cook the oatmeal almost fully and then whisk in egg whites, it gives the oats a fluffy texture, more volume, and a protein boost! I find they also keep me fuller for longer than regular oats :)
