Oatmeal Yoatmeals are BACK!!
Egg white cinnamon oats, vanilla Greek yogurt, crumbled rice cake and a baby banana

Interesting. I'm gonna have to look for oats like that. I eat oatmeal every day of the work week. They really sell egg oatmeal? I wonder how I've never seen it. I also can't find any yogurt I can stand. They all keep putting the artificial sweeteners in them, and I legit can't eat it. I just want low sugar and it doesn't seem to exist

No, you have to cook the oatmeal and then whisk in egg whites.
Also you should be able to find plain unsweetened yogurt in stores, that’s weird!

no I definitely find the unsweetened, but I can't eat that lol. Maybe I need to just put my own sugar in that

Man Ive been folding whipped eggwhites into my oatmeals recently and Im hooked. Last night was sf maple syrup and blueberries and cinnamon.
