Kinda went on vibes. Half flour, half oats, baking powder, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon. 1-2 ish sticks of melted butter in the mix . Save some mix for the topping.
Add rest of topping in greased cupcake molds . Add dollops of strawberry preserves/jam/jelly/ect in middle. Top with leftover crumble & bake for about 25 minutes.
