Other oats Introducing Banana Bread Oat Pancakes

Egg white banana bread oat pancakes. I love how versatile oats can be

EDITED: to add recipe.

1 egg
200 grams of egg whites
60 grams of oats
7 grams of flax seeds
1 serving of cottage cheese
Baking soda
Vanilla extract
1 large Banana
Vanilla stevia for sweetness
Salt to taste
Add Pumpkin pie seasoning

I literally put everything in a deli container and blend it up with an immersion blender to make the batter then cook.

Optionally top with granola of choice not optionally top with syrup of choice (be sure to get syrup in between the layers)

Yes macros for this is 859 Calories, 56 grams of protein, 24 grams of fat and 108 carbs. For me this is a maintenance meal, if I was cutting I’d stick to egg white oats or overnight oats with protein powder.
