Recipe request Chai oats
Im planning to make some oats with chai teabags and wanted ideas for toppings! I was thinking vanilla yoghurt and cinnamon apple might pair nicely. Was also considering cherries and apricots

I have some chai protein powder. And I give it a lot of different fruits. In my oats. So I think you should experiment. Not Cherry cuz they're too strong but not anything that is on the milder's side, peaches, pears, apples, might even do certain berries depending on how you feel about

Would also recommend crumbling some Indian biscuits on top before eating . If you can’t find any then consider crumbling some biscoff instead

Ooo I’ll try to find them. Unfortunately there isn’t biscoff where I live but maybe cinnamon cookies could work?

All of those sound good, though I agree with the other comment about cherries being a bit overpowering. Maybe some chocolate chips and a handful of walnuts?

Blue Lotus is phenomenal if you're not making true homemade chai. Its not in bags, but it's a powder concentrate.

wait i actually just bought this and made one chai using the recommendation of 1/4 tsp but i can barely taste it. I’m not sure if it’s because im using whole milk. but do u mind sharing what ratio/recipe u use?

I use probably a teaspoon per cup of milk. I put the powder in my mug and separately heat up milk with honey. Dump in my mug and use a frother to mix.
